- Available positions are President, Secretary, Member at-Large A, Tier representative for all tiers.

Dear JAHA members,
Included in are the minutes from the last JAHA board meeting that took place on April 2, 2013, information about the JAHA spring banquet, and the link for a survey monkey to vote for Best Defender, Forward, Goalie, Sportsmanship, and Most Improved players in your tier.

Please fill out the Survey Monkey at your earliest convenience, the survey will close on Thursday April 17, 2013 at 5:00pm.

The JAHA General Spring Board meeting will take place from 5:30-6:00pm on April 20th (before the banquet) at Marlinitini’s. At the meeting we will be discussing nominations for new board members, the bylaw changes, and anything else brought to attention by the membership (please e-mail with any agenda items to be added).

DETAILS
· Food: Tier’s supply food
o Tier Champions – please provide a main dish instead of the item listed for your tier below.
o Tier A – Snacks: chips, dips, crackers, etc.
o Tier B – Cold dishes: salads, veggies, fruit, etc.
o Tier C – Cold dishes: salads, veggies, fruit, etc.
o Tier W – Desserts
o Tier 40+ - Hot dishes: casseroles, soups, lasagna, etc.

· Presentations of Tier Champions and winners of “Best of” for each tier.
· Announcement of new board members.

PS. The banquet is kid/family friendly

All JAHA players please remember to turn in your jersey to the tote at the rink when done.
