In order to complete the online registration process you will need your USA hockey Confirmation Number. Please register with USA Hockey and make note of your registration number. If you are already registered and do not have your registration number, please request a confirmation.

Also, note that you will be required by PayPal to make a payment at the end of this process. If you would like to pay by check, cash, or do not wish to enter your credit card information online, please download the Registration Form on this site and drop it at Treadwell Arena with your payment.

Fall 2008 only, Player =$ 185.00
Winter 2009 only, Player =$ 215.00
Fall 2008 and Winter 2009, Player (5% discount) =$ 380.00
Fall 2008 Goalie = $ 50.00**
Winter 2009 only, Goalie = $ 50.00**
Fall 2008 and Winter 2009, Goalie (5% discount) = $ 95.00**

USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION (required if not already registered ***)

Fall 2008 and Winter 2009 USA Hockey Registration = $ 35.00

** If you are "playing out" and also want to be a goalie in another tier, there is no fee for playing goalie.

*** USA Hockey registration is required and good for the entire Fall/Winter season. You are encouraged to register online for USA Hockey at
