Note: If signing up as a goalie in addition to a Forward / Defense, then you only need to pay for the Forward / Defense fee - your fee as a goalie is waived.

Your registration is almost complete! There's two ways to complete the payment portion of registration. Your options:

• Drop off check, made out to "JAHA", at the Treadwell Ice Arena
• Pay by credit card at the Treadwell Ice Arena. Please note that the Treadwell Ice Arena will charge an additional $5.00 administrative fee for each registration for this option
• Pay online with PayPal in order to process your payment
