Dear Hockey Players,

JAHA 2008-2009 registration is now open! You can register online or you can download the attached form and drop it at the Treadwell Arena with your payment. Please remember to sign the CBJ waiver (included in the online registration process but not included in this packet). This form can be obtained at the Treadwell Arena.

Due date for registration is September 21st. Please carefully read and follow registration instructions. The Fall season is scheduled to start on September 29th and we will be holding some "Intro to Hockey" sessions for first time players the week prior to that date.
